UKG Ready Timekeeping

On December 16, 2023, the Lundquist college will transition away from Excel timesheets to the UKG timekeeping system. 

The first step is getting acclimated to the employee interface. To assist with this, below please find user guides to help you navigate the software. We suggest bookmarking ukg.uoregon.edu and ask that you log into your account as soon as possible so you can alert us if you run into any access issues. There are also three (3) timeclocks in the complex:

  • On the first floor opposite the Atrium entrance to the Lillis Café (on the wall outside of Career Services),
  • On the second floor in the Braddock Tutoring Center behind the front desk, and
  • On the third floor in the Business Technology Center (aka, the BTC lab) by the printers.

UKG User Guides

  • All you need to know about getting started with the web interface and the app. There is a daily attendance reporting requirement for all hourly employees including non-GE student employees. Employees will have a submission deadline of the 18th monthly. Pay day will continue to be the last working day of each month.

  • A step by step guide on requesting approval for time off through UKG. All employees will have the ability to request and report time off directly within UKG. Requests will automatically route to supervisors for approval.

  • Once you have taken leave, how to report in the system.

  • What supervisors need to know. Supervisors will approve time entries and leave in UKG. Supervisors will be able to adjust employee time punches when changes are requested, or errors discovered without the need to contact someone else.
